Melatonin is a hormone produced in the pineal gland, a small gland in the brain, that helps regulate sleep and wake cycles. Very small amounts of melatonin are found in foods such as meats, grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Suggested Usage: Shake well.  As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 full dropper (approx. 0.9 mL) just prior to bedtime as needed.  Take directly or add to your favorite beverage.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW True Calm and 5-HTP.
